You can receive a full refund if the return is initiated within 14 days from the shipping date or merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days from the shipping date. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. We are not able to offer exchanges at this time. To exchange, please initiate a return and purchase the alternate item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice and include all original tags attached. Carb reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns policy. The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe through the pandemic, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.

All International orders outside of the US and Canada are final sale - no returns or exchanges.
