Shipping & Returns



SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (during the business week).  However, during higher volume periods such as sales or new product releases, please allow a few extra business days for your order to ship.  We appreciate your patience.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

USA & Canada:
We offer FREE shipping on all US and Canadian domestic orders over $50 USD via UPS ground.
We also offer expedited shipping for $35.00 USD via UPS 2nd Day Air® for US orders and UPS Worldwide Expedited® for Canadian domestic orders.

For all orders under $50 USD before tax, a flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 is applied at checkout.

International Shipping:
We offer FREE shipping on all international orders over $250 before tax via UPS Worldwide Expedited® and USPS First Class International . On all other orders less than $250 before tax, shipping is $35. International orders are expected to arrive within 10-15 business days after the order has been processed.

The CA Arts & Recreation Board is not responsible for duties and taxes on orders outside of the US. Should the package be refused at the point of delivery, the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please register your return here.

All orders are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order and store credit within 30 days. A return postage fee of $10 will be deducted from all US and Canadian returns and $40 for all international returns.

Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice and include all original tags attached. The CA Arts & Recreation Board reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns policy. The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to products that have manufacturing defects or are not as described.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit.

As we take extra precautions to keep our people safe through the pandemic, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10–14 days) to issue your refunds. We appreciate your patience during this time.


MAILING RETURNS

We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to make the returns experience a seamless process. Please visit our returns portal here to get started. You will need to enter your order number and the delivery zip code to get started.

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we'll e-mail you and let you know. Thank you for shopping with us!
