We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday. However, during higher volume periods such as sales or new product releases, please allow a few extra business days for your order to ship. We appreciate your patience.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

USA

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 USD via USPS or UPS Ground. For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 is applied at checkout. Orders are expected to arrive within 5-12 business days via economy shipping.

We also offer expedited 3 business day shipping for $35.00 USD and next day shipping for $85.00 USD. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process orders.

All Other Countries

We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 USD via DHL Express. For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $20 USD is applied at checkout. International orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.

There are no surprise duties or fees upon delivery. Duties are covered by California Arts.

All orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. For exchanges or store credit, you have 30 days from delivery to initiate an exchange.

For US orders, a return fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund unless exchanging or returning for store credit or order protection was added at the time of purchase. For international orders, a return fee of $16.95 will be deducted from your refund. We do not offer order protection or direct exchanges for international orders at this time; please process a refund request and place a new order for the replacement item. Once you've submitted your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s).

Returns are processed in the order in which they arrive. Please allow our team 14-21 business days to process your refund.

Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All returns must include all original tags attached. California Arts™ reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns policy. The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to products that have manufacturing defects.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
