We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday. However, during higher volume periods such as sales or new product releases, please allow a few extra business days for your order to ship. We appreciate your patience.  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

USA

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD via UPS ground. For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 is applied at checkout. Orders are expeted to arrive within 5-7 business days via UPS ground.

We also offer expedited 3 business day shipping for $35.00 USD and next day shipping for $85.00 USD. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process orders.

Canada, Australia, France & Germany

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 USD via DHL Express. For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $13 USD is applied at checkout. International orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.

Prices include duties - no suprise fees upon delivery.

All Other Countries

We offer free shipping on all orders over $250 USD via DHL Express. For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $13 USD is applied at checkout. International orders are expected to arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed.

All orders are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery. A return label and return instructions will be emailed upon approval of the request via the returns portal. All returns are subject to a returns processing fee.

Returns of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged, soiled products will not be accepted and will be returned to you. All returns must be accompanied by a valid invoice and include all original tags attached. California Arts™ reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our returns policy. The above does not affect your legal rights in relation to products that have manufacturing defects.

We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders at this time. To exchange for a new size, please process a refund request and place a new order for the replacement item.

To make a return request, please register your return via our USA Returns Portal. A return postage fee of $10 will be deducted from all US returns.

All Other Countries
